Dispatch Timeline

All orders are processed and dispatched within 2–3 working days from the date of order confirmation.

Return & Exchange Policy

• We do not offer returns or refunds.
• Only exchange is available for eligible cases.
• Exchange requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.

Mandatory Unboxing Video

• Please record a clear unboxing video while opening the package.
• The video must show the package unopened from start to end.
• Without an unboxing video, exchange requests will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Product

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with the unboxing video and product images for verification.
